Refund policy

All jewelry sales are final! Unfortunately there are no returns or exchanges on jewelry. 

For caps, handbags, and any other accessories that we may offer there is a 14 day exchange or store credit policy. 

If for some reason you are not happy with any of the items that fall under the category of caps, hats, or handbags then please follow the directions below. 

  1. Email us with your order # at buckinbladessilvercompany@gmail.com
  2. Once we reply to you with return approval it is up to you to pay for return shipping unless the item was damaged on our end. (If item is damaged during transit the you must file a claim with the shipping company) 
  3. Add a copy of the email in your order with a note letting us know if you would like a store credit or exchange. (If exchange let us know what item) 
  4. Return the order to the following address:
